Raise awareness for Accidental Overdose in the name of our beloved Evan
About the campaign
In Memory of our late son Evan who passed away suddenly on November 22, 2019 from an accidental overdose. There is such a stigma about this sort of death which is way too common today. Evan loved to help the homeless. He was always stopping to talk to them, offering a meal etc. There are not enough mental health resources available for the young and the old. I vow to walk 30 KM in one day to turn our tragedy into awareness and to help others. My family will choose a date and volunteer to feed hundreds of homeless people downtown Montreal. There is no deeper pain in life then to loose a child. This helps our daily pain in keeping our Evan's memory alive.
Donors
Nothing will take away the anguish of Evan’s untimely death. This however is a very significant way of remembering him and dealing with your grief and helping others through their difficult times.
Such a beautiful way to honor Evan.
In Evans memory and in support of stopping this from happening to other people.
Great cause!
A very great cause and in memory of my wonderful nephew Evan, whom we miss every day.
Your body may not be here anymore Evan but your soul and huge heart continues to make this world a more beautiful place. Thank you for leaving such an amazing mark on this world and for continuing to make a difference in so many people’s lives.
Great cause! We miss you Evan.
