About the campaign
Allstate Canada will once again be supporting the Old Brewery Mission (OBM) in their quest to end chronic homelessness in the Greater Montreal Area.
Between June 13 – 30, Allstate Canada will be matching all donations made through this campaign page up to $10,000. Funds raised will go toward the purchase of bed frames, mattresses, pillows and linens, each package valued at $750, for 24 new studio apartments located in the neighbourhood of Le Plateau Mont-Royal. Our goal is to raise $18,000 in support of those experiencing homelessness in the Montreal area. The fundraiser will help the OBM to provide a dignified living space for their clients who are reintegrating themselves into society.

About OBM and Au pied de la Montagne Project
The Old Brewery Mission (OBM) works with Montreal’s homeless men and women, meeting their essential needs while finding practical and sustainable solutions to end chronic homelessness.
In 2021, the OBM purchased a former hotel located in the neighborhood of Le Plateau Mont-Royal, which is being transformed into 24 studio apartments for men experiencing homelessness. The Au pied de la Montagne building is located at the bottom of Mont-Royal and is expected to welcome residents in November of 2022.
